Grob G550 5-Axis Universal Machining Center: Production machine able to efficiently manufacture highly complex parts while maintaining tight tolerances and finishes. With 5 Axis capability, the manufacturing engineer can program all of the critical to quality details in one operation, no need to remove the part from work holding resulting in accuracy and repeatability.

Equipped with Rotary Pallet Storage System: Staging for 13 pallets capable of multiple work holding configurations. All 13 pallets can be loaded to run one project or multiple projects simultaneously. This automation feature allows us to offer fast lead times with competitive pricing.

NZX2000

MORI SEIKI multi-axis turn/mill machine: 65mm bar capacity / 203mm billet capacity

 

In the NZX2000, all Y axes are orthogonal. This allows for high-efficiency machining because of its excellent straightness and

high-speed feed. It’s extremely rigid structure offers high-precision machining. As a multi-axis machine, it boasts outstanding milling ability.

  • 3 turrets both with Y axis.

Magnetic Spinner

MAGNETIC DE-BURRING & POLISHING MACHINE

Uses magnetic field to induce stainless steel media to rotate rapidly for high-efficiency de-burring, polishing, cleaning, and grinding effects.

  • Specially design for Irregular-shaped parts. De-burring, polishing, cleaning, and grinding simultaneously.

  • The media never deforms the workpiece, never damages the surface, and never affects the accuracy of the precision of the workpiece.
